Burial Association Newsletter

Hello Everyone,

This newsletter will be published after the first Thursday of each month. The content will include the minutes of the previous month's meeting, the retired review and upcoming events.

I am looking for original content to add to the newsletters. If you have a story to share with our members email secretary@desmoinespolice.org and include any photos, videos, or links to related news articles.

My vision for our website is to act as a digital archive of the police department's history. One way I aim to accomplish this is to encourage our retired members to share stories of their careers. I am also looking to educate the younger generations on the legacies of our members who have passed. I have had the privilege of meeting a few dozen of our retired members over the last year and I am hopeful you will dig into your box of police stuff to find an artifact I can feature.
